The areas highlighted in red are those which are set to be sold at the rooms of Messrs Richardson and Wrench, at 98 Pitt Street in Sydney, on the 27th of April 1892 at 11am. The Government Printing Office were responsible for photo-lithographing the plan, and it was then printed by the Department of Lands. This plan was certified by J F Truscott. The plan shows the original intended names of several streets, including Park Street listed as Mona Street.
