Record numberLH010600Date10 November 1906; 12 November 1906DescriptionSubdivision Plan auction program for the, new, waterside suburb of Seaforth, Middle Harbour, under Torrens Title, with the Grantee's having been, J Burtons, J W Bligh and J A Dodd, with the Grantee dates, 1853, and, unknown, for the latter two. The auction was across days, Saturday, 10 November , and, Monday, 12 November, King's Birthday, 1906 and included allotments on the streets Alleyne Avenue, now Ellery Parade, Harvey Street, Clontarf Crescent, now Seaforth Crescent, with a different alignment, Grandview Grove, Panorama Parade, Posonby Parade, lane, now Aden Street, partially built, Abernethy Street, Jenner Street, Sangrado Street, Lancaster Lane, Princes Promenade, Richmond Road, Alan Avenue, Salisbury Square, Palmerston Place, Edgecliffe Esplanade, Battle Boulevard, proposed road, being Sydney Road, and Frenchs Forest Road. The Terms of Sale, Some Local Opinions on Seaforth, and, Building Conditions, were printed on the back of the program
