Items of interest include, Ceo Rignold's Residence, the residence, Undercliff, cottage, old house, shed, reserve for recreation, Church and Public School, unknown houses, punt landings and waiting rooms on the northern and southern sides of The Spit, Tram Terminus on the southern side of the The Spit, Lyons Boat Shed and Refreshment Rooms, Riddle's Boat Shed and Refreshment Rooms, Graham's Boat Shed and Rooms, Adam's Boat Shed and Rooms, an unknown boat shed and Baths.
