Instructions to view the land are also given, Catch Boat to Manly, Then Tram to Brookvale, Call on Grain the Estate Agent and he will show you the pegs. Items of interest include, Rushbrooke Estate and a local sketch which includes, Post Office, Public School, Tram Terminus and Council Chambers
