Earl's Court was seen as having the best quality at affordable rates, and during the 1918 influenza pandemic advertised the daily fumigation of rooms within the premises. It was demolished in 1989 to make way for the The Manly Windsor Plaza Hotel in 1992, and is now the site of the Manly Windsor Apartments
