Thomas Murray was born in 1893. He was a shop assistant. His mother lived at 35 Smith Street. He enlisted on 15 June 1915, aged 21, and embarked on the Ceramic on 25 June 1915.

He died at Lone Pine, Gallipoli on 10th or 11th August 1915.
