Stanley Schweitzer was born in 1889 near Grenfell. He was a plumber to trade. He enlisted on 27 January 1915 and served with the 17th Battalion. He was killed at Gallipoli on 27 August 1915. See SMH 12 November 1915, p5. His connection to Manly is not known.
