Kingsley Bagot Stack was born at Sydney in 1895 and was a shipping clerk. He enlisted on 23 July 1915 giving as next of kin his mother at Fairlight Crescent, Manly.

He embarked on 2 November 1915 and served with the 19th Battalion. He was promoted to Corporal on 12 March 1917 and was wounded in the back on 3 May 1917. He was treated for VD in April 1918. He was gassed on 15 May 1918. He was promoted to Sergeant, then transferred to the 19thBattalion. He returned to Australia on 8 April 1919. He died on 26 November 1957.
