31st May 2025 8:21PMThe little bloke whose face is just visible, poking over shoulders at the back (under the door handle) is my grand uncle Benjamin Davies Johnston. Ben was a highly respected WW1 veteran and active member and official with the Manly Swimming Club, Athletics Club, and Rugby Club. He later became an Alderman on Manly Council.
