Record numberMML/967.82Date1975DescriptionThis is a typical Federation-style house. It has extensive verandahs with an asymmetrical layout. The roof is very broken with tall rough plastered chimneys topped with terracotta pots. The house is constructed of brick on stone foundations and an unusual feature for the period is the window-sills of rounded edged cricks. Window heads are segmental in shape with brick header course and the windows themselves are mostly casements with coloured fanlights above.
