The first shop to the right contains Derrin Bros, and a hairdresser, next is a a dry cleaner store and Bann Bros. Next to this is one of the first shops in Dee Why which housed the original Post Office run by Robert Hopping, then another small store. After that is a hipped roof building which originally housed E.A. Grain & Co real estate agent.
