Record number40953Datec 1951DescriptionThe factory was built by Sargood-Gardiner and was opened on January 8th 1951. It won the Sulman Medal for architecture in 1951. It was bought by Bonds in 1958 and operated as an underwear factory until 1972. The building was bought by Wormolds Pty Ltd. who owned the factory until 1989.
